Love is in the air at Staines-Upon-Thames
Staines-Upon-Thames will be bringing the love this Valentine’s Day with the return of their popular Valentine’s Love Bench.
After the success of last year’s event, the bench will be returning for Friday, February 14, alongside the magical Cupids, who will be gifting surprise prizes to a select number of people who take a photo with the bench on the day – including vouchers, meals out and coffees to enjoy in town.
The bench will be located in the High Street, with the Cupids on hand from 11am – 3pm to assist with taking photos, and of course handing out those lovely prizes.
The event is the perfect pairing to a day out in the town centre, whether that’s to celebrate the most romantic day of the year, or to enjoy a spot of shopping or food at one of the many stores and eateries available.
Andy Edmeads from Visit Staines, commented: “We’re so excited to be welcoming back our Valentine’s Love Bench this Valentine’s Day! Come along to town for a photo and you might be lucky enough to win one of our many prizes, to make your day even more special. Keep an eye out for our Cupids! We look forward to seeing you there.”
