Popular Surrey pub to receive six-figure investment
A family-friendly Greene King pub in Surrey is celebrating the New Year in style with a six-figure investment.
Located on Woodbridge Hill, the Wooden Bridge in Guildford will temporarily close to the public from Monday, January 12 whilst refurbishment works take place, with the upgraded venue set to reopen its doors in February.
The investment will give the pub a new lease of life with major improvements both inside and out, providing guests with a range of modern-day comforts.
The pub will remain a popular hub for families, dog walkers and sports fans alike, with best-in-class sports viewing, and good value food and drinks to suit to all occasions, whether customers are stopping by for a quick drink, watching live matches or enjoying a special meal out.
