Selected from over 8,200 entries and following meticulous inspections, scoring and detailed verifications, Thomas’s award places him among the top 5% of site managers across the UK.
To mark the occasion, the Vistry South East team hosted a celebratory event on Wednesday 13th August at Broxborough Park, bringing together colleagues, subcontractors, and partners from across the region. The event recognised Thomas’s achievement and celebrated the wider team whose dedication and collaboration made the success possible.
Now in its 45th year, the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards are widely regarded as the ‘Oscars’ of the housebuilding industry, recognising exceptional standards in construction quality, health and safety, and attention to detail.
Vistry Group secured 31 NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Awards across the country in 2025, underlining the Group’s continued commitment to construction excellence. All Quality Award winners will now progress to the next stage of the competition, competing for the Seal of Excellence and Regional Awards in the autumn, with national Supreme Award winners to be announced in January 2026.
