WCKUK Organisation has launched free wellbeing and safety guides for primary schools across South London and the South East.

The WCKUK Organisation has made a series of free downloadable wellbeing and safety guides available to primary schools across the region. The resources, designed for children aged 7–12, focus on practical areas including: Bullying and personal boundaries, confidence and positive decision-making and walking home awareness and safety.

The materials have been shared with schools in Banstead, Brighton & Hove, Crawley, Lewisham, South Norwood, Sanderstead and Southwark.

According to the WCKUK organisation, the guides are intended to support and complement existing safeguarding and wellbeing policies within schools, not replace them.

“We work with children every week and see first-hand how important confidence, awareness and positive choices are from a young age,” said Wes Hussey, founder of WCKUK Organisation.

“These guides are simply an extension of that work and are being offered freely to local schools and families.”

The downloadable PDFs are printable and designed for use in classroom or home settings.
