Surrey Police are searching for a man wanted in connection with a series of thefts from motor vehicles in Caterham.

Police are appealing for the public’s help in finding 37-year-old Ceiron Howlett from Thornton Heath.

Ceiron is described by Surrey Police as a Black man about 6’2” in height with a slim build, brown eyes, and dark hair with three or four short braids.

He has tattoos of a shooting star and teardrops on his face and neck and two gold teeth, police added.
