Woman in her 70s dies after being hit by car outside Royal Surrey Hospital

Surrey Police are appealing for witnesses after a car collided with a pedestrian outside Royal Surrey Hospital in Guildford at around 1.40pm yesterday afternoon (March 18).

Sadly, and despite the best efforts of medical staff, the pedestrian a woman in her 70s, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Her next of kin are aware and our thoughts remain with them.
