The Gatwick Diamond Initiative is a public/ private partnership established in 2003 to enable local authorities in the area to co-operate on strategic matters. The Gatwick Diamond Initiative includes the authorities of Reigate & Banstead, Crawley, Horsham, Mid Sussex, Mole Valley and Tandridge.
