Epsom property to go under the auctioneer's hammer

A mid-terrace freehold property in Epsom’s High Street is to be auctioned in the run up to Christmas with a guide price of £230,000 - £240,000.

The building at 19 High Street is among 148 lots listed across southern England by Clive Emson Auctioneers in the firm’s December auction.

Richard Payne, senior auction appraiser and auctioneer, said: “This is a rare opportunity to acquire this mixed-used property arranged as a vacant ground floor retail unit, with a self-contained maisonette in the upper parts sold on a long lease.

“The estimated rental for the unit, which has around 1,000 sq ft of retail space and was previously occupied by a print shop, is £30,000 per annum.
