Horley Infant School, part of Greensand Multi Academy Trust, has been named a winner of the National Parent Partnership Award, celebrating schools where parents feel genuinely involved in their child's education.

Awarded by Edurio, the accolade recognises the 10 top-scoring schools nationally for parents' answers to: "In general, how satisfied are you with the school's efforts to engage you as a parent?"
Results are based on parent feedback collected across 702 schools in England during the 2025/26 academic year through Edurio's national surveys.

Jason Citeroni-Walters, Headteacher at Horley Infant School, said: “Building and maintaining strong relationships with families is really important to us, so it’s fantastic to see parents’ feedback reflect this. We believe that when families and school work together as a strong partnership, pupils can truly flourish.”
Sue Wardlow, Chief Executive of Greensand Multi Academy Trust, said: “We are delighted to see Horley Infant School recognised nationally for its work with parents. Building strong relationships with families is fundamental to helping children step into their greatness, and this award reflects the dedication of staff in creating a genuinely inclusive school community.”
Ernest Jenavs, CEO at Edurio, said: "Congratulations to the winners of the National Parent Partnership Award. When we ask parents what they want from their school, they tell us they want clear, regular information about their own child and a sense that the school values what they have to say. These schools give parents both, and children do better when home and school work together."
Horley Infant School educates 270 children aged 4–7 and is well respected throughout the local community. It is known for its happy atmosphere and inclusive curriculum, promoting the desire to question and investigate and celebrate individuality.
